Sampling Our Packaging (Try Before You Buy)

These are basically prototypes of the product packaging that clients will eventually use. However, they're smaller in size and don't include the actual product. These samples serve the purpose of allowing clients to review and approve their new packaging design before proceeding to produce the actual boxes with this design. If you're new to the world of manufacturing boxes, it's beneficial to understand what these samples are and how they play a role before you start. Let's delve into this further to clarify.

Random Sample

These are random samples that we provide you from our recently manufactured boxes.

Offset printing

Lithography, also known as litho-offset, is a printing technique that transfers designs and text from a cylindrical metal plate onto a rubber sheet and then onto paper. This process ensures the creation of clear and high-quality images. Lithography is particularly beneficial for large projects where precise color representation is required for packaging solutions.

Digital printing

Utilizing cutting-edge digital printing techniques, electronic files are directly printed onto the desired material from a computer. This technology, which relies on toner-based printing, is particularly suitable for on-demand and short print runs, while ensuring high-quality printing standards are maintained.

Silkscreen printing

This printing technique utilizes a stencil made of fine mesh or polyester to push ink through. Silkscreen prints are renowned for their vivid and impactful colors. They are particularly well-suited for projects with lower to medium quantities, focusing on one to two colors.

UV printing

In UV printing, infrared emitters or UV lamps are employed to cure or dry ink, rather than relying on thermal methods. The ink dries and hardens instantly, resulting in prints that are highly resistant to scratches and solvents.

Custom PVC Window

Field covers or lids can characteristic a round, rectangular, or square die-reduce window with a skinny plastic patch. Additionally referred to as window patching, this option is beneficial for CBD and luxury products.
